May I ask whether I received two bottles or one, because the picture shows two bottles? It's ONE bottle, with 2 Lids. The picture shows two bottles because it wants to demonstrate that the glass water bottle is equipped with two lids: one bamboo lid which can be inserted into a straw, and one spout lid with a handle.

Can this cup handle hot drinks? Like pouring boiled water/tea into it? Yes, the MUKOKO cup is suitable for hot beverages such as tea, as well as cold drinks like juice and smoothies.

Can this go in the microwave? This glass water bottle can be placed in the microwave. The silicone sleeve can withstand high temperatures of 200 degrees celsius. However, it is not recommended to place the lid and straw in the microwave.

Is this dishwasher safe? Do I need to take off the silicon or not? Our cups are made of glass and can be put into the dishwasher. But please remove the lid and silicone cover. They can be disassembled, so please keep them dry and easy to install when putting them back on.

How can I get a replacement lid? The lid for this cup is currently not sold separately. If there is a problem with your cup, you can send a message through Amazon and the company will solve the problem for you.
